Join BCIT as a full-time Marine Engineering Instructor, teaching vital skills in Ship Construction and Engineering Knowledge at our North Vancouver campus. We're looking for an experienced individual to support the educational journey of students at BCIT’s Marine Campus.

Your role will include instructing both classroom sessions and hands-on workshops while developing curriculum and enhancing program offerings. Emphasis will be placed on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' career readiness. Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to teaching excellence are essential. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on training sessions
- Supervise practical lab and workshop activities
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback
- Develop and enhance course curriculum
- Guide students during industry field trips Requirements:
- Valid STCW Motor/Steam Certificate or equivalent
- At least five years of industry experience
- Proficient written and spoken English skills
- Solid communication and collaborative skills
- Teaching experience is preferred Empower students through your expertise in marine engineering at BCIT.
