The Operations
Supervisor will report directly to the Branch Manager and is responsible for all aspects of nightly operations. This includes supervising the operational team, maintaining health compliance, and improving procedures. Robust interpersonal skills and relevant operational experience are critical for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations comply with safety and corporate standards
- Lead and supervise the operational team throughout shifts
- Prioritize and complete scheduled work notifications
- Identify and recommend process improvements

- 3-5 years of supervisory experience required
