In this role, you will care for general medicine and geriatric patients, plan coordinated care with a dedicated team, and document patient interactions using advanced technology. Participation in hospital initiatives and mentoring nursing students are key aspects of this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical care for geriatric and medical inpatients
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Use computerized systems for patient documentation
- Lead and participate in hospital committees
- Mentor new hires and nursing students Requirements:
- Valid RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification required
- 2 years of medical/surgical experience preferred
