As a Service Advisor with Jim Pattison Auto Group, you will be the main liaison for Service customers, helping to address their vehicle needs effectively. - Greet and assist Service customers with their inquiries
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and clarity
- Document vehicle issues on Repair Orders thoroughly
- Create detailed service quotes and secure approvals
- Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s service progress Requirements:
- Hold a valid BC Driver’s license with a clean record
- Prior experience in the automotive service field is a plus
- Knowledge of CDK One-Eighty software beneficial
