Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority (RHRA) is seeking an experienced General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer and Corporate Secretary to lead legal, governance and privacy functions for the organization. You will report to the CEO & Registrar and work with the Board to advance RHRA’s mandate through risk-based guidance and policy stewardship.

The role includes Corporate Secretary duties, enterprise risk oversight, privacy governance, and collaboration with Finance, Procurement and IT to ensure
