The TNFC provides services tosupport the cultural heritage of Indigenous peoples through intervention,prevention, direct services, advocacy, and support in the areas of health,education, employment and training, culture, recreation, and social services.

Job Duties:

- Oversee all financial operations,accounting, payroll, and financial reporting
- Lead the development, monitoring, andanalysis of annual budgets and forecasts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annualfinancial statements and reports
- Monitor cash flow and ensure effectivefinancial planning and controls
- Manage the general ledger, ensuringaccuracy and integrity of financial records
- Oversee accounts payable and receivablesprocesses, including reconciliation
- Lead year-end processes, including auditpreparation and coordination with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements and manage all government remittances
- Oversee the administration of employeebenefits and related financial programs
- Supervise and support finance andpayroll staff, providing guidance and oversight




- Identify and implement processimprovements to enhance efficiency a nd accuracy
- Maintain financial policies, internalcontrols, and reporting systems

The successful candidatewill be expected to work 35 hours per work week, on occasion, evenings orweekends. The working hours will meet the demands of the position, the needs, andthe objectives and are at the sole discretion of TNFC.

Starting salary range begins at$ 17.60 to $21.00 plus perks,

(wage conditional upon experience)
