Requirements

- Experience replacing and repairing windshields and automotive glass

- Red Seal Certified as an Auto Glass Technician (preferred)

- ADAS calibration experience (preferred)Strong understanding of up-to-date auto glass repair methods, tools, and materials

- Comfort working on EVs and hybrid vehicles (training provided as needed)

- Awareness of OEM requirements for ADAS, camera recalibration, and sensor-integrated glass systems

- Willingness to participate in sponsored training and development

- Excellent work references

- Valid driver's license
