SYSTRA Canada is looking for a Guideway Structures and Wayside Engineer to enhance our railway design team, offering a hybrid work structure. The role involves leading the structural design of track systems and collaborating with experienced professionals. As part of our Trackwork Design team, you will take on responsibilities that include defining technical requirements and leading structural system designs for railway projects.

You’ll coordinate closely with experts from various disciplines like geotechnical and drainage to ensure seamless integration. This position demands a deep understanding of guideway and trackform structural designs, and your skills will be pivotal in navigating complex design challenges. Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead design of trackform and guideway structural systems




- Establish loading criteria and technical design specifications
- Collaborate with diverse project teams
- Validate drawings and specifications accuracy
- Assist in resolving construction challenges Requirements:

- 5-10 years of rail project structural experience
