- Execute preventative and reactive maintenance for all equipment
- Maintain property and landscaping through various tasks
- Conduct repairs on building infrastructure and fixed equipment
- Support maintenance of mobile equipment and hand tools

- Class 5 Driver’s License required
- Minimum two years of experience in mobile equipment maintenance
- Past experience with landscaping maintenance essential
