Support students as an Early Childhood Instructional Assistant at Hazelwood Elementary School, starting daily at 9:40 AM. Help shape young learners’ skills and confidence for elementary success. We are hiring for the 2026-2027 school year at Hazelwood Elementary.

In this role, you'll work directly with students, offer tutoring, and assist in documenting their progress. You'll also help manage safe transportation during bus rides and must complete specific training within the first 90 days. Key Responsibilities:

- Tutor students to boost academic skills
- Assist with accurate documentation of pupil progress
- Prepare and organize educational materials
- Supervise students during loading/unloading on buses
- Engage parents to promote active participation Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must pass Kentucky Para-educator Assessment
- Robust language proficiency necessary
- Prior experience with children is essential
