We are expanding our talent team in Montréal and Paris and seek a Head of Talent to own the recruiting function, coach managers and recruiters, and build scalable systems that attract top talent.
You will report to the CEO, manage two recruiters, and drive the recruiting strategy across regions with a smart, practical approach to AI and data-driven hiring.
