Halton Healthcare is seeking an HR Associate for Employee & Client Services to support onboarding, advantages and payroll processes across multiple hospital sites. The role reports to the Manager of Compensation, Benefits & HR Support Services and supports a large workforce within the OT Human Resources department.
Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree in Business or HR, 3–5 years in HR, and strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll integration, and HRIS.
