The Role

This isn’t a shop-only job. You’ll be out in our yards and job sites, working from a service truck, making sure our equipment is safe, reliable, and ready to go when operations need it. If you like solving problems, staying busy, and working on equipment — this is where you’ll thrive. What You’ll Be Doing - Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment in ready-to-work condition - Perform regular maintenance and inspections - Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues - Handle breakdowns and complete repairs in the field - Take on larger repairs or overhauls when needed - Test equipment to make sure it’s performing properly before it goes back to work - Complete work orders and inspections clearly and accurately - Help guide and support apprentices on the team - Take on welding repairs as required - Pitch in where needed What We’re Looking For - 3+ years working on heavy equipment - Strong troubleshooting ability - Comfortable working independently in a field setting - Someone reliable, practical, and a team player - Willing to travel and be away from home during your shift - Thrives in a rapidly changing environment - Ability to communicate in French is an asset Tickets &
