Norland is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators specializing in dozer and backhoe operation for their BEL Contracting division in Delta, BC. Operators will work on civil construction projects, focusing on underground utilities and road construction. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, team-oriented, and have significant experience with heavy equipment in civil environments.

What You’ll Need

- Minimum 5 years of experience operating dozers and backhoes on civil construction sites
- Experience with underground utilities is a strong asset
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Certifications an asset: First Aid, Ground Disturbance, Confined Space, Rigging & Hoisting, etc.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with a positive, professional attitude
- Physically fit to perform all duties (ability to walk, stand, hear, and lift 50 lbs)
