You’ll help manage schedules, track progress, coordinate resources, and communicate updates to keep projects running on time and within budget.

with a highly motivated approach Solution-focused, detail-oriented, and organized Key Responsibilities - Set up and maintain all QA documentation - Track and log concrete testing, piling, and structural installations - Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure documentation compliance - Track materials and associated testing certificates - Maintain daily/weekly reports and meeting minutes - Set up permitting and create as-built manuals - Manage inspections, commissioning, and final sign-offs What We’re Looking For - A team player who takes pride in their work - Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination or project management - Construction or industrial background preferred - Post-secondary education in business, project management, or equivalent experience/certifications - Strong commitment to safety and compliance - Excellent communication - verbal, written, and interpersonal - Proficiency in MS Office and project management software - Able to work independently and collaboratively - Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Hiring Requirements - Provide a Class 5 (Advanced) driver’s license and clean abstract - Provide a criminal record check - Complete drug & alcohol screening (must receive a negative result) - Complete a fitness evaluation specific to the position - Provide any current certifications (training can be provided if needed) - Comply with federal, provincial, and site-specific safety regulations Job Type Full-time Work Location On the road
