The Host(ess) is the first point of contact for guests, whether in person or over the phone. They provide a warm welcome, manage reservations, and support the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage dining room reservations;

- Ensure menus are clean, organized, and in excellent condition;
- Greet guests upon arrival, assign tables according to the established floor plan, escort them to their tables, and adjust place settings as needed;
- Assist the dining room team whenever necessary during service;
- Thank guests upon departure, inquire about their satisfaction, and encourage them to return;
- Ensure the cleanliness of the host stand, restrooms, and dining room;
- Answer telephone calls according to established procedures;
- Perform any other related duties required to ensure the smooth operation of dining room service.

QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position;

- Strong customer service skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Resourceful and proactive;
- Solid organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French, spoken and written.
