Manufacturing HR Manager, the HR Business Partner manages all HR activities, enhances the work setting, and ensures adherence to legal requirements. You will play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture and provide essential support to management and employees. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive HR objectives in line with business goals
- Maintain knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Oversee performance management and developmental guidance
- Manage the hourly work system and training initiatives
- Build strong relationships to enhance employee morale Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Preferred HR certification
- 3-5 years of related HR experience
- SAP SuccessFactors and ADP knowledge preferred
