Lead the HR function at JUST HR as a Senior HR Generalist in Vancouver. Drive improvements in HR systems and employee engagement within a well-established distribution company. In this hands-on in-office role, you’ll support approximately 80 employees in diverse roles, including unionized warehouse staff.

You will work closely with leadership to modernize HR practices, enhance payroll systems, and implement productive HR processes. This position requires an experienced HR professional who is passionate about making impactful changes and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
