Your role will focus on enhancing safety procedures and compliance during night shifts. This full-time position is critical for promoting protected work practices among employees and contractors. With an emphasis on collaboration and effective communication, you will lead safety training, participate in risk assessments, and drive continual improvement of safety processes. Your expertise will effectively support a strong culture of safety and belonging. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and improve health and safety programs
- Guide HSE program implementations on site
- Conduct risk assessments on safety protocols
- Provide safety training for all personnel
- Track and analyze incident report data Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in health and safety management
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of Saskatchewan safety regulations
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Clear a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test Lead safety excellence and ensure compliance at NexGen’s Rook I Project site.
