Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC systems, performing routine inspections, and engaging in project execution. Successful candidates will be customer-focused and safety-conscious, equipped with the necessary certifications and strong maintenance skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform timely inspections and report issues
- Carry out preventive and corrective HVAC servicing
- Maintain all kitchen appliances efficiently
- Assist in scoping and executing new projects
- Ensure environmental and safety compliance Requirements:
- Journeyman Certified HVAC Refrigeration Mechanic (Red Seal)
- Minimum five years of experience required
- Class B Gas Fitter License mandatory
- Familiarity with CMMS is an asset
