Nestlé Canada is seeking a Loyalty Marketing Specialist to join Nespresso Canada in Montreal. You will drive CRM-led lifecycle initiatives, onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty, and win-back programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. In this hybrid role, you will own the CRM communications across email, SMS, push, and other channels, analyze KPI performance, and translate insights into local campaigns that grow customer lifetime value while reducing churn.
