- Deliver exceptional service to client inquiries
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients
- Review and process cheque and electronic deposits
- Handle transfer requests for RRSP and TFSA accounts
- Escalate complex issues to the management team Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of financial services operations experience
- Excellent problem-solving and judgement skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting
