Zurich Canada is seeking a Senior Claims Manager, Casualty Claims to lead a team of Claims Professionals and deliver high-quality service and efficiency. The role reports to the VP of Mainstream Claims and supports a hybrid mode with three days in-person per week across locations in Canada.
You will build, coach and manage a team, drive performance, training and cost controls while delivering strong customer outcomes.
