In-Home Sales Consultant — Custom InteriorsDream Spaces | Greater Toronto Area | Full-Time

Excellent at sales? We'll teach you the design side.Dream Spaces is expanding our GTA team and looking for an experienced In-Home Sales Consultant who knows how to connect with people, uncover what matters, present value and confidently ask for the business.

You don't need to be a kitchen designer.

Your background could be in home improvement, automotive, windows and doors, flooring, furniture, renovations, HVAC, luxury retail or another consultative or high-ticket sales environment.

If you can sell, communicate and learn, we'll teach you our products, measuring, cabinetry, design process and Mozaik software.

The OpportunityYou'll meet homeowners at company-generated, pre-booked appointments throughout your assigned GTA territory.

You'll help customers transform kitchens, closets, home offices, pantries, Murphy beds and other areas of their homes with custom-designed cabinetry.

You'll lead the consultation from beginning to end — discovery, measuring, developing the solution, presenting options, discussing investment, handling objections and asking for the business.

When the project allows, our goal is to design, present and close during the in-home consultation.

What You'll Do

- Lead pre-booked consultations in customers' homes.
- Build trust and uncover the customer's needs, frustrations and priorities.
- Take accurate measurements and gather project details.
- Learn to create personalized solutions using Mozaik.
- Present options based on function, style and budget.
- Communicate value and discuss purchasing and financing options confidently.
- Handle objections and negotiate professionally.
- Ask for the business and secure deposits.




- Manage your pipeline and follow up with active customers.
- Work closely with our internal design, manufacturing and installation teams.

Who We're Looking ForWe're hiring for sales ability first. You'll likely thrive here if you:

- Have 5+ years of successful sales experience.
- Have a demonstrated ability to close business and achieve targets.
- Know how to lead a consultative sales conversation.
- Are comfortable discussing significant purchases with customers.
- Sell value rather than relying on price.
- Can handle objections and confidently ask for the sale.
- Are organized, accountable and comfortable working independently.
- Are coachable and want to continue improving.
- Have strong attention to detail and are comfortable learning technology.
- Have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.

You'll be supported by our Barrie-based team, which designs, manufactures and installs our custom products. CompensationExpected total annual compensation: $50,000–$100,000

Compensation includes a $36,000 annual base salary plus commission, performance bonuses and sales incentives.

Our senior designers earned approximately $75,000–$100,000 last year, with our top designer earning more than $100,000.

Individual earnings vary based on sales performance.

Territory & ScheduleThis is a field-based position serving homeowners throughout the GTA, including Vaughan, York Region and Mississauga.

Regular travel and weekend availability are required. Specific territory assignments, working days and appointment expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Paid TrainingSuccessful candidates will complete five days of paid training at our Barrie office from October 5–9, 2026.

Training includes our sales process, products, cabinetry, measuring, design principles, pricing, presenting solutions and Mozaik software.
