Your role involves designing both indoor and outdoor activities that not only adhere to YMCA standards but also foster a strong sense of belonging for all participants. Collaboration with team members to maintain a safe, inclusive space is key. Key Responsibilities:

- Support development of dynamic programs for youth
- Lead protected, engaging activities that promote learning
- Provide supervision and guidance to staff
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Ensure compliance with health and safety laws Requirements:
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Experience with children aged 5-12
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Emergency First Aid & CPR certification required Foster belonging, personal growth, and developmental skills in children with your commitment to YMCA's inclusive programs.
