Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients with precision
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene in all kitchen activities
- Serve dishes efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers or dining areas
- Manage food handling procedures according to industry regulations and best practices




- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredients and notifying when supplies need replenishing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent food service

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, cooking tec
