About the Role

Our client is seeking a nurturing and knowledgeable Infant Care Specialist & Early Development Educator to provide exceptional care and early learning experiences for infants in Kimberley. This role is centered on creating a safe, stimulating, and responsive environment that supports the unique developmental needs of babies and toddlers. You will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate activities, monitoring developmental progress, and maintaining open communication with parents. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of infant and toddler development and a passion for fostering a strong foundation for lifelong learning and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide attentive, responsive, and safe care for infants and toddlers according to established routines.
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate sensory exploration, motor skills, and cognitive growth.
- Monitor and document each child's progress, noting developmental milestones and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe,



and hygienic environment for the children.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day, development, and any specific needs or observations in Kimberley.

Requirements

- Proven experience in infant and toddler care, preferably with an Early Childhood Education background.
- Demonstrated understanding of infant and toddler developmental stages and best practices in care.
- First Aid and CPR certification specific to infants and children is required.
- Excellent observation skills and the ability to respond sensitively to infants’ needs.
- Patience, warmth, and a professional demeanor.
