Intermediate Business Process Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;)

We are seeking a highly organized Business Process Analyst to support a strategic Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting, analyzing, and aligning business processes while working closely with stakeholders across multiple teams.

This is a fully remote opportunity with an immediate start date. The role offers the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

Responsibilities

- Review and analyze existing process documentation.
- Facilitate process elicitation and review workshops with key stakeholders.
- Document current and future state processes, with a specific focus on identifying and documenting differences between CMO and FMO processes.
- Produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive process documentation.
- Track the status and progress of process-related activities and deliverables.
- Support change management initiatives through documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with business and project teams to ensure process alignment throughout the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) integration effort.
- Maintain documentation standards and ensure consistency across all process artifacts.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience documenting business processes and workflows.
- Experience facilitating workshops, process review sessions,



or stakeholder discussions.
- Robust organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to gather information from multiple stakeholders and translate it into clear documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

- Experience supporting large transformation, integration, or Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) initiatives.
- Experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
- Exposure to change management activities, training documentation, or organizational readiness initiatives.
