As part of a Brokerage Modernization initiative, we are seeking a Guidewire Solution Analyst to add capacity to one of the development teams. The successful candidate will also assume a team facilitator (servant leader) role within the team.
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Guidewire and its ecosystem
- Experience in solution analysis and bridging business needs with technology solutions
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance and the brokerage domain
- Experience facilitating workshops, decision-making sessions, and stakeholder alignment
- Understanding of application architectures, integrations, and data flows
- Ability to identify solution risks, dependencies, and impacts
- Strong communication, summarization, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and lead
Important Note: Although the title includes "Scrum Master," the primary focus of this role is Guidewire Solution Analysis, with team facilitation responsibilities serving as a complementary function.
