Offer excellent customer service while answering all emails / calls from clients
- Respond to all customer complaints and find solutions as efficiently as possible
- Handle order entry, ensure order accuracy, and follow up with customers to confirm product requirements and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with the logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
- Track and monitor the status of orders and address any issues related to order fulfillment.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of sales activities, customer communications and orders
- Update order documents on shared company drive
- Assure accounts are complete and maintained in CRM system
- Support the sales team with checking stock, price checking, email pricing.
- Process returns and replacements as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years previous Customer Service experience
- Fully bilingual (French- English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions to challenges.
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to go the extra mile
Salary Description $50,000-$55,000
