Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Internal Sales Specialist to join their team managing sales for Office Supplies in the Kimberley region. This role is pivotal in managing inbound sales inquiries, processing orders, and nurturing customer relationships from within the office or remotely. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering product solutions, and ensuring a seamless ordering process. This hybrid position allows for flexibility, blending time spent in the office with work from home capabilities, fostering a balanced and productive work environment. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls and emails, providing product information and processing orders efficiently.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate order entry and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to support their client relationships and objectives.
- Meet individual sales targets for order volume and revenue.
Requirements
- Previous experience in internal sales , customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and order processing systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, fulfilling responsibilities both in the office and remotely.
- Familiarity with office supplies and business products is an advantage.
