- Oversee cases of children in welfare services
- Collaborate with IRC's legal and health teams for support
- Advocate for cultural maintenance for Inuvialuit youth

- Strengthen community connections through effective engagement Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in social work or counselling
- Two years of relevant experience in social services
- Knowledge of child welfare systems and Bill C-92
- Solid interpersonal and communication abilities
