Join Rocky Mountaineer as a Guest Experience Concierge, enhancing travel experiences in Jasper, Alberta from March to October. Focus on in-travel assistance and special guest services. As a seasonal full-time Concierge, you will be responsible for providing outstanding in-travel support and assistance to guests.

This role involves managing logistics like check-ins and coordinating with teams to ensure that each guest's concerns are addressed with precision and care. You will be key in facilitating smooth arrivals and departures while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

- Check guests in and issue necessary travel documentation
- Cater to guests with special requirements for a memorable journey
- Handle and document guest inquiries efficiently




- Coordinate with teams to meet guest needs and inquiries
- Ensure station cleanliness and welcoming environments Requirements:
- Background in customer service, hospitality, or tourism
- Current AB or BC Driver's License with a clean record
- Solid organizational and communication abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, beneficial
