As part of the Technology Operations team, you will report to the Director of Technology Support Services. Your key tasks will include operating, engineering, and refining our hybrid cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Azure and core services. Your contributions will enhance our service reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee complex incidents in Windows and Linux environments • Participate in platform projects and service transitions • Create and refine automation scripts using Git and Azure DevOps • Provide critical technical design support for infrastructure • Enhance monitoring and vulnerability management processes
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years experience in infrastructure roles • Demonstrable Azure and VMware operational background • Robust proficiency in troubleshooting and incident management • Proven automation and scripting skills using PowerShell • Relevant Azure certification required within onboarding
