Become an integral part of Jean Tweed as an Early Childhood Educator, where you’ll help support women and children within the community. This role not only aids children aged 0-13 but also empowers mothers in their parenting journeys. As an Early Childhood Educator, your primary responsibilities will include assessing children's needs, engaging them in enriching activities, and fostering positive relationships with parents.

Your role will contribute significantly to creating a safe, supportive setting that encourages growth and learning, especially for those facing substance use and mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate children’s abilities and monitor progress
- Conduct activities that stimulate emotional and physical development




- Create daily schedules and routines
- Document children's interactions and development
- Collaborate with parents to enhance child development Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE/RECE)
- At least two years’ experience in ECE field
- Emergency first aid and CPR certification
- Up-to-date immunizations and TB testing
