- Coordinate and lead piling operations for crews
- Ensure equipment and materials are ready for work
- Communicate operational requirements to crew members
- Monitor and report production activities and conditions
- Participate in safety meetings and hazard assessments Requirements:
- Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in piling and civil construction
- WHMIS certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license for site travel
