Moment Creative is a marketing company based in Denver, Colorado that specializes in experiential, engagement, and event marketing. We create moments of consumer immersion that bring brands and products to life. Our goal is to build memorable experiences for our clients and their customers, and we are looking for a Jr. Experiential Producer to join our team and help make these moments matter.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Jr.

Experiential

Producer role located in Denver, CO. In this role, you will bring to life the ideas and concepts that our Strategists and Creative team develop, and help manage the in office execution of these experiences. You will work alongside other Producers, and manage various aspects of the event production, including vendor and client communications, venue management, and staffing. You will also collaborate with our Design team to develop assets and collateral that bring the event experience to life.

Travel is a critical part of this role. You will travel up to 30% of the year.

*THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION. WFH/HYBRID is part of the job as well, but this is primarily an in office role in Downtown Denver, Colorado.

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in event or experiential marketing production, with a focus on managing on-site execution and logistics
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple complex event projects with high attention to detail
- Experience managing vendor relationships, and ability to negotiate on behalf of clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage and resolve issues in real-time on-site
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including Strategists, Creatives, Designers, and other Producers
- Experience with budgeting and financial management of event projects is a plus
- Experience with software such as Slack, Asana, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus
