Windigo Education is seeking a qualified candidate to teach Junior Kindergarten at Martin McKay Memorial School in Sachigo Lake First Nation, ON. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Education degree and be a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers or be eligible for membership.

Qualifications





- Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) or eligible for membership

- Experience working with Indigenous students preferred

- Strong commitment to inclusive education and culturally responsive teaching

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with Ontario curriculum standards

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

- Collaborate with colleagues and community members to support student success

- Participate in school and community events
