The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties, including budget control and maintenance requests. You will act as the senior manager and supervise all relevant personnel.
Responsibilities
- Assist all outside vendors with property issues
- Manage property inventory
- Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants
- Supervise all property staff
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of property experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Detail-oriented and robust communication skills
Compensation
- Base salary of $70,000-$79,000 per year
- Eligible for a 5% discretionary annual bonus (not guaranteed and may vary based on individual and company performance)
