What you’ll need:

- Red Seal or equivalent culinary certification
- 5+ years experience in high-volume kitchens (camp, hotel, institutional)
- Valid Food Safety certification
- Proficiency with HACCP guidelines and processes
- Ability to work day or night shift
- Experience using industrial kitchen equipment
- Must pass a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
- Strong communication and multitasking skills

What will make you stand out:

- 10+ years as Journeyman in camp or institutional kitchens
- Experience training, supervising, and scheduling staff
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
