Executive Search Opportunity We are conducting a search on behalf of a leading international mining company with corporate headquarters in Colombia and mining and exploration activities across Latin America.

The company is publicly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and other international markets.

We are seeking a Lawyer – Mining & Capital Markets to join the company’s Canadian legal function and provide legal support across corporate, securities, mining, capital markets and cross-border matters.

This is a remote position open to candidates currently residing in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise on corporate, securities, governance and regulatory matters for a TSX-listed mining company.
- Support Canadian public-company disclosure and securities compliance.
- Draft, review and negotiate mining, commercial and international agreements.
- Support cross-border M&A; transactions, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures.
- Provide legal support on mining and capital markets matters.
- Assist with matters involving NI 43-101, MI 61-101, SEDAR and TSX requirements.
- Coordinate with Canadian regulators, external counsel and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with legal and business teams across Canada and Latin America.
- Provide practical and commercially oriented legal advice to the organization.

Required Qualifications

- LL.B., J.D. or equivalent law degree.
- Licensed and in good standing to practise law in Ontario, or otherwise eligible to practise in Ontario.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional legal experience, with experience in mining and/or capital markets.
- Experience with corporate, securities, commercial and/or mining law.
- Knowledge of Canadian securities regulations and public-company requirements.




- Experience with or exposure to TSX-listed companies is highly valued.
- Experience with cross-border transactions and commercial agreements is an asset.
- English: professional fluency required.
- Spanish: a plus, but not required.
