The role leads the UX/UI vision across mobile (iOS/Android), web apps, and websites, building a scalable design system and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business teams within a 19‑person in‑house Agile team.
You will drive end‑to‑end UX, ensure accessibility, and champion user‑centered design in a hybrid work model with on‑site presence two days per week.
