Reporting to the Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity, you will evaluate current practices and lead the Canada Research Chairs’ Equity Action Plan. Collaboration with various university departments will be crucial for the role’s success. Key Responsibilities:

- Steer the strategic vision for the Research Equity portfolio

- Provide expertise and guidance on equity matters
- Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities in research
- Assess effectiveness of equity practices and initiatives Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent training
- 5+ years in EDI and project management
- 3 years of direct staff management experience
- Experience with high-level organizational change
