Excel in a pivotal leadership role as the Manager of Planning & Development with the Municipal District of Lesser Slave River No. 124 in Alberta. This position focuses on strategic development, effective policy, and community engagement. As the recent Manager, you will be at the forefront of advancing the MD's strategic priorities while managing a diverse range of municipal services.

You will work closely with elected leaders and community groups to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with planning regulations. Your team will include a Planning & Development Officer and administrative staff members. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the implementation of strategic priorities for the municipality
- Manage and supervise relevant municipal services and programs




- Develop and enforce planning policies and bylaws
- Engage with community and stakeholders for effective outcomes
- Proficiently prepare a variety of documents and reports Requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary education in Planning & Development
- Minimum of two years in senior municipal administration
- Strong understanding of the Municipal Government Act
- Proven communication and team collaboration skills
