Elevate Group Lande's legal and operations strategy as the Director of Legal and Transactions. Engage deeply in legal negotiations, corporate governance, and property oversight on a full-time basis. Reporting to the CEO, this role involves direct execution of legal affairs, transaction management, and essential corporate administration duties.

Your responsibilities encompass everything from agreement negotiation to overseeing external counsel, aligning all efforts with the company’s strategic goals while ensuring compliance and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate and draft critical commercial real estate agreements
- Manage the entire transaction process including due diligence
- Ensure compliance by preparing corporate resolutions and maintaining records




- Facilitate coordination with service providers and consultants
- Advise on property oversight and urgent management issues Requirements:
- Membership in good standing with the Barreau du Québec
- 3-5 years of relevant law experience in commercial real estate
- Solid experience in transactional processes and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
