Key Responsibilities: • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements • Advise senior leaders on legal matters • Manage legal and compliance risks for the company • Partner with HR on employment issues • Support litigation and dispute resolution
Requirements: • Licensed lawyer with a J.D. or LL.B. and 3-5 years of experience • Experienced in corporate commercial law • Ability to communicate legal concepts effectively • Previous in-house exposure is an asset • Current member of a Canadian provincial law society
