Our client is looking for a skilled and dedicated Legal Practitioner specializing in Property Law to join their reputable firm in Kimberley . This role is essential for managing all aspects of property transactions, from drafting agreements to facilitating registrations, ensuring legal compliance and client satisfaction. You will handle a diverse portfolio of property-related matters. This hybrid role offers the convenience of both office-based work in Kimberley and remote flexibility, allowing for efficient case management and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate offers to purchase, sale agreements, and lease agreements.
- Handle all aspects of conveyancing, including the transfer of property and registration of bonds.
- Provide legal advice on property development, zoning, and land use matters.
- Conduct due diligence investigations on property titles and related documentation.
- Represent clients in property disputes and litigation when necessary.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions.
Requirements
- Admitted Attorney or Conveyancer with specialized experience in Property Law.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience in property law matters.
- Proficiency in conveyancing procedures and property legislation.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Strong understanding of property market dynamics and related risks.
