We're looking for a Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Sudden Sally. - Set up and maintain your station for a smooth and successful service
- Execute dishes consistently while maintaining quality during busy dinner periods
- Assist with daily prep, production, and service requirements
- Restock and organize your station throughout your shift
- Accommodate guest dietary needs, allergies, and special requests
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support the team wherever needed to help ensure a successful service What We're Looking For - Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen is an asset
- Experience working hot line and à la carte service preferred
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
