We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator – Installations to act as a key point of contact for installers. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring operational activities, as well as managing administrative files related to installations. They will also ensure smooth communication and effective coordination among the various stakeholders involved to support the successful execution of projects.

What You’ll Do

- Analyze project requirements and collaborate with Sales Representatives to determine the most effective logistics solution for each project;
- Identify moving requirements and evaluate supplier bids to select the service offering best suited to the project’s needs;
- Proactively manage projects by responding promptly to emergencies and operational issues;
- Maintain and update a weekly map of completed and upcoming installations across North America;
- Optimize installation and service call routes based on geographic areas and operational priorities;
- Coordinate installation activities and ensure effective communication between movers, the Logistics Department, and the Shipping Department;
- Prepare and provide After-Sales Service Representatives with work orders, as well as the materials and tools required for their interventions;
- Monitor departmental expenses, with the possibility of sharing this responsibility with the Installation Intern;
- Plan and arrange transportation and accommodation for After-Sales Service teams, including flights, hotels, and rental vehicles;




- Act as an internal point of contact and liaison to coordinate the resolution of issues arising at installation sites;
- Arrange travel bookings for Foliot employees, as needed, including flights, vehicles, hotels, and condos in Las Vegas;
- Train Foliot employees on the use of the Egencia platform for managing business travel.

Requirements

- DEC or AEC in Transportation Logistics or a related field;
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, coordination, or installation management;
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and strong collaboration skills;
- French-English bilingualism, both spoken and written, to ensure effective communication with various stakeholders;
- Comfortable working with an ERP system, ideally SAP;
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
