As a full time, permanent Manager, you will spearhead initiatives improving student engagement, graduate training, and industry collaboration.

You'll ensure that programs are aligned with innovation priorities by utilizing data-driven insights and market intelligence. Leading a motivated team, you will foster partnerships that bridge gaps and drive talent retention and growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and enhance the Commercialization Talent Framework
- Manage talent programs across various stakeholder levels




- Develop and recommend funding models and investment priorities
- Represent Alberta Innovates in collaboration efforts
- Monitor and assess innovation workforce trends Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- At least 8 years of program management experience
- 2 years of leadership in multidisciplinary environments
- Experience in creating stakeholder relationships
